Self Pay Rates

If you don’t have one of the insurance’s above I would still love to help you. I accept HSA/FSA cards and normal payment methods. Additionally all self pay clients receive a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement

  • Prenatal / Our first visit postpartum, typically 90-120 minutes in my Springfield, MO office.

  • 45-60 minutes in my Springfield, MO office.

    $125

  • 60-90 minutes in the comfort of your home. 30 minute drive radius from my office or home in Ozark.

  • Most clients are approved for 6 visits!

  • Office Visits, Home Visits, and Prenatal Visits are all covered! Telehealth is also covered by some plans.

  • Unfortunately at this time Medicaid does not cover out of hospital LC’s. I do offer a 20% Medicaid discount.

  • If your insurance is verified with either TLN or Wildflower you’ll likely pay nothing out of pocket. Any cost sharing occurs after your preventative visit count is exceeded.

  • Yes! I can provide you a superbill after our visit that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
