Insurance Covered Lactation Visits

I accept United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna and a few other insurances for lactation visits. See below for links to verify coverage. I cannot accept Medicaid plans but do offer a 20% discount upon request.

Self Pay

We accept all normal payment methods and HSA/FSA cards for lactation and nutrition visits. We provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We also offer sliding scale office visits on Tuesdays. Book here.

Packages

We have packages for lactation and nutrition visits. You can purchase these through our booking calendar.

We also offer a 6 month lactation membership that you can learn more about here.

Self Pay Rates

If you don’t have one of the insurance’s below I have self pay rates available. I accept HSA/FSA cards and normal payment methods. Additionally all self pay clients receive a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

  • 60-90 minutes in the comfort of your home. 30 minute drive radius from my office or home in Ozark.

FAQs

  • Most clients are approved for 6 visits!

  • Office Visits, Home Visits, and Prenatal Visits are all covered! Telehealth is also covered by some plans.

  • Unfortunately at this time Medicaid does not cover out of hospital LC’s. I do offer a 20% Medicaid discount.

  • If your insurance is verified with either TLN or Wildflower you’ll likely pay nothing out of pocket. Any cost sharing occurs after your preventative visit count is exceeded.

  • Yes! I can provide you a superbill after our visit that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
